      MKG is fine, it's a bit disorganized but it's fine.

      Cons

      Long hours are the norm and the vacation days are TERRIBLE. Ten days of PTO with no holiday break is diabolical.

      the people at MKG are great. Remote role makes life a little more flexible.

      The pay and PTO aren’t great. It also feels difficult to grow within the company.
