Lots of dining, coffee shops and an onsite gym. Everyone at the organization has been very warm and welcoming. There is a real sense of mission driven work, hearing patient success stories is the highlight of my day.

Avoid this company at all costs! This company has had too many "restructures" (layoffs) in recent years. They are hiring way too many senior leadership roles, and cutting out a large amount of staff who do the real work. Non-executive employees seem to share an unspoken feeling of burnout and general doom, even people who have given their lives to this company for many, many years have begun to fear being laid off. Left this company with little to no real, transferrable skills. Other coworkers who were fired or laid off shared the same feeling, some had graduate degrees and they spent their time editing PowerPoint decks.
