Pros
The location is great. Easy to access by car or public transportation.
Cons
Customer service can't keep up with the complaints and cancelations requests from angry customers. It makes this job very stressful. Lots of complaints about raising prices, rude pushy sales people, unexpected charges, being overcharged, continued sales calls to raise prices, receiving add ons they don't want. I feel like we are working for a dishonest company.
