Pros
Multiple shifts available, Relaxed atmosphere, and growth potential... This company is doing business all across the US and has had a great amount of growth in recent years... As for the actual position I am in... CS is phone based but you don't get that draining call center feel about it... the customers are mostly seniors and a lot of them have a lot to share and it actually feels pretty good too talk with them and help them out...
Cons
The insurance is high but a lot of places are in the same boat these days... it's not far off from what I paid before
