Very helpful community - Biomedical Engineer Medical Engineers Employee Review

Directors have an excellent knowledge of the field. During my time at Medical Engineers, I learned a lot. The Med-Tech industry is very rewarding and interesting. We visited various Med Tech events and learned about newest tech from our clients and candidates. Directors are open to ideas and suggestion about social events. We run a half marathon and completed Adrenaline Rush. But don't worry, if you are not a sports fanatic, you could always join on a weekend away. Our latest trip was to Edinburgh, the land of whisky :) I very much enjoyed working with Sam & Jamie, which made working at Medical Engineers fun. They were always flexible when I needed and very supportive in any way.

I can only think of two cons: We were always on a diet and one of the directors would always tempt us with pizzas or burgers .. we felt for it most of the time There were always too many people waiting to play with Tilly the dog And to be serious and honest. I can't think of any con, as I very much enjoyed my time at Medical Engineers.

Samantha Blythe-Moore who owns and manages the business is absolutely the best manager I've worked with. A really inspiring, professional and credible individual who you want to spend time with because you know you'll be in the best place to learn and develop. A fun and relaxed environment and the only expectation Samantha has is that an individual will do what they need to do to be successful. Jamie joined as a director just after I did but is equally driven and passionate to be the best recruitment company they can. Great people, exciting business and an excellent opportunity to learn from the best and I was certainly sad to leave.
