Pros

Nice Swag/Branding Items given to employees

Cons

I would like to provide an honest review of my experience working for this company. As a recruiter, I was initially attracted by the promise of "uncapped commission," but soon discovered that the reality fell far short of expectations. The company's compensation structure heavily relies on factors beyond an individual's control, making it extremely difficult to achieve the promised commission. One of the major issues I encountered was the company's lack of contracts in desirable healthcare facilities such as hospitals, urgent care centers, and specialty clinics. Instead, the majority of available positions were in Long Term Care facilities, which limited the appeal for many nurses. Additionally, these facilities were often located in less desirable locations, which further hampered recruitment efforts. Despite branding itself as a nursing travel agency, the company struggled to compete with larger agencies when it came to pay packages. Consequently, it was challenging to attract qualified candidates for the available jobs. Even when we managed to find suitable candidates, the process of getting them submitted for positions, going through the credentialing process, or receiving an offer from the client was arduous. Unfortunately, many promising candidates were lost during this lengthy and cumbersome process. One of the most surprising aspects of the job was the heavy sales focus, which was not adequately conveyed during the interview or training process. Recruiters were expected to make cold calls akin to working in a call center. Failure to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) resulted in reprimands, creating a high-pressure work environment. Furthermore, it is essential to mention the company's cult-like atmosphere, which they openly embrace and promote. If you do not conform to this mentality, your chances of promotion or being considered for leadership opportunities are severely limited. This not only stifles individuality but also creates an unbalanced and unproductive work environment. Nepotism and favoritism are prevalent within the company, which is compounded by the fact that account managers both recruit and manage the accounts they oversee. This dual role often leads to conflicts of interest, especially when jobs are limited, and all recruiters are vying for the same positions. Another significant drawback is the company's reactive approach rather than a proactive one. Rules are constantly made up and changed without any consistent application, leaving employees confused and frustrated. I strongly advise individuals to reconsider working for this company. Unjust layoffs and dishonest practices are unfortunately common, and the overall work environment is riddled with conflicts of interest. It is best to save your time and energy by seeking opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

-if you're a nurse looking for long term care facilities in remote areas -if you're fresh out of college or a sales person who hasn't had a job for a while, this is a good place to work. Also good for people who want to work 50-60+ hours a week to make anywhere from 60-80k a year. it's a sales position with flaky personnel

Cons

-Toxic work environment, specifically with upper management. Uses information (personal and professional) against the employees. Upper management was very successful in turning a growing company into a shell of its former self by putting money into investments with no return. Their business model and logic are severely lacking, and they have no accountability financially. Their forecasting for their recruiters was a sad display of incompetence and management would not take a realistic approach into developing their personnel. -Low starting pay -Has yearly layoffs -Outsources out of country for cheaper employees
