Pros

I have never worked at a company that was as generous with incentives and bonuses. Management is very laid back until crunch time, and then they do everything to push for success.

Cons

Benefits are lacking but made up for by commissions. Employees that have been there a while can have a chip on their shoulder. Laid back atmosphere can lead to drama.

Pros

The incentives and bonuses are great. I left this company to pursue another job within the healthcare field. I thought it was a better opportunity but came back to MDC because of the money. The commissions are great if you put in the work. The atmosphere is fun and the dress code is casual. The hours are nice. No nights or weekends. The starting pay is good, even for an entry level employee like I was. The owner is really laid back and management is firm but fair and are nice as long as you work hard. Most co-workers are nice but there are a few exceptions. Training is a pretty fast process.

Cons

No health insurance benefits. I pay for my own but I wish the company would contribute. The IT department is remote. There is no in-house IT person on-site every day. We have to submit a support ticket therefore sometimes it takes a while s to get issues resolved because you have to wait for someone to help you remotely or you have to wait for an IT rep to arrive at the office. That can be frustrating when you are trying to produce. The employees in the reorder department are territorial and lazy and can be hateful at times.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere at times, very casual dress

Cons

No benefits whatsoever, employees treated unfairly, boss makes hasty decisions and demands unrealistic results, no employee appreciation. It is a very unprofessional work environment with too much drama, no consequences for poor work ethics.
