      Pros

      Being part of a company that is so involved in the mental health technology space is incredible. It's such an important issue in the world today so coming in to the office knowing everyone's work is focused on that is amazing. Employees are all great at what they do and jump in to assist others when needed. Lots of free snacks and beverages which is always nice!

      Cons

      None that jump out at me at this time.

      Pros

      We are small enough to be nimble and move quickly. Access to everyone in the company including CEO without having to make a 15 minute appt in 4 weeks. The work is meaningful and impactful.

      Cons

      Being a small company, the benefits are not as robust as you would see for other MN device companies.
