      Pros

      The new office looks nice but definitely need more filing cabinets. Some of my coworkers are great too. It's the people that help make the job, right?

      Cons

      Leadership has no vision and does not understand how to improve operational issues. There's no HR at all. Lots of turnover.

      Pros

      Very close team, everyone was nice and encouraging throughout the job. The team I was on was fantastic.

      Cons

      Small company so everyone feels if you aren't doing as well fiscally, not doing as well YOY so layoffs.

      The culture at Mediaspace Solutions is absolutely incredible! Truly great people to work with from the top-down and bottom-up. Absolutely loved my time there.

      Cons

      Workload can be inconsistent but that is standard in media.
