Pros

1. Salay pays in first week. 2. Programmers are helpful for each other. 3. It’s a good place for the software engineers up to mid-level. 4. Office time maintained Correctly.

Cons

1. Very poor leave policy. 2. Notice Period 2 month. 3. Not Entertainment Event (If even occurs. It is surprising but true, programmers are not given much importance in participating in entertainment events).

Pros

1. Timely salary. 2. Developers are collaborating and supporting one another. 3. Evening snacks. 4. Employee loan without interest for 10 months (negotiable). 5. The office hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, and overtime work is generally not required. Anyone can apply for late consideration for 1-2 hours.

Cons

1. Requesting leave feels like asking for something extraordinary or you are a beggar. Leave without pay also is here if you have available leave balances. 2. There are no events specifically for stress relief. Occasionally, small events are arranged, but developers are often discouraged from attending. These events typically only cater to non-developers. 3. No picnic or Iftar event. Sometimes, it occurs without developers. 4. No monthly event for entertainment. 5. They think developers are only for work, not a company member. 6. There is no technical project manager, no team lead, no CTO. There is no clear standard for evaluating a developer. Also, there is no QA team. 7. Only employees are eligible for an Eid bonus after 1 year from the joining date. Even if you complete 10 months you are not eligible for an Eid bonus.

Pros

Fresher jobs are designed for individuals with little to no experience, making them an excellent way to start your career. You gain exposure to the professional world and learn how industries operate. Fresher roles often come with training programs or mentorship opportunities. You can develop both technical and soft skills (e.g., communication, teamwork, time management).

Cons

Fresher roles often come with lower pay compared to mid-level or senior positions. This can be challenging if you have financial obligations. Freshers are often given routine or basic tasks, which may feel monotonous or less challenging. This can lead to a lack of job satisfaction initially.
