Pros
Some really great, supportive and skilled people who are fantastic to work with. Previously a good culture, although this has become noticeably worse in the last few years.
Cons
Employee care. Agency keeps shouting about their commitment to employees but there is an underlying culture of bullying and favouritism. There is a strong ‘old boys’ / ‘clique’ mentality. This has been the case for as long as I worked there, but more ‘junior’ people are becoming upset with it. There is now SO much day to day bad practice but senior team members are pressed to get campaigns live and spending as opposed to focusing on what is best.
