      Dreams of a good future

      Cons

      Management is not listening workers at all. Making knowingly bad and unpopular decisions. Everything is decided from managers above without any explanations. Shady salary policies and gray contracts. Felt that management is thinking that I'm dumd and can't see what is going on for the whole time.
