Cool company, terrible team - Finance Team Mediaocean Employee Review

Extremely rude micro managing team leaders provided no training and constantly direct message asking for hourly updates on work. Management criticizes before understanding the entire issue and extremely quick to find blame. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire career and I highly suggest finding another role.
