Mediaocean was my first employer out of college and it was a great experience overall. The best part of Mediaocean is they hire great people. I have nothing but great things to say about my managers and the people I worked with. In my experience, there was no micro-managing yet they were there if you needed them. There is also a good work/life balance (open PTO). Moreover, there's plenty of happy hours and social engagements.
