Our staff are working remotely during the pandemic, and finding the right balance that works for individuals and teams is difficult when it is new to the company. The approach we’ve taken is to keep in touch with staff members to ensure they don’t feel isolated, check on their wellbeing, maintain a team approach, and also maintain staff performance.
