- owner is old school and gives extra holidays off and turkeys during Thanksgiving - decent benefits - clean work environment with snacks

- Too many politics with executive leadership team - One VP won't let employees do their own job without interfering and causing confusion because of their ego - Unprofessional situations where your grammar is corrected in the middle of giving a presentation or there is a mistake that the VP will bring to light in public instead of in private - VP's barging into meetings yelling while on client calls - Distasteful emails that has a lot of !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or ???????? or ????!!!!!!!!! - Favoritism to those that the VP has hired and vocal about it during staff meetings - Favoritism to certain divisions within the company - Change of rules/policies on the fly from VP's making the work environment uncomfortable and unstable - Confidential information isn't kept confidential - Managers can't make decisions on their own without consulting the VP which creates long delays on everything and causing staff to doubt or trust them - Under qualified managers - No training programs to help employees become successful for what they have been hired for - Lots of new hires express disappointment of being mislead about pay after they start and find out when they will actually get paid and how much they can actually make - Processes are a nightmare and need an outside consultant to come clean it up - Company morale at an all time low - Problems with high turn over/great talent leaving - No advancement opportunities unless someone quits and even then they don't want to give you a raise - Commission structure is very low for industry - Call center work environment that is very loud - If you like being treated like a child, you will have no problem working in sales/service for this company
