      1) good environment for new comers to learn

      1) low pay 2) overtime at least till 10pm on weekdays and at least 3-4 hours on weekends during projects 3) HQ does not include Singapore branch's views 4) High turnover

      It depends on team, but mine is super friendly, and the works are interesting and contributing.

      Cons

      Salary is not high for Taiwan intern position.
