Balanced workload. Good flexibility. You mostly set your own times for meetings. Projects are broken down into finer manageable chunks in a sensible way. Free office snacks and coffee. Games room. Good array of after work socials mostly funded. Seriously good bonus scheme. Overall a friendly atmosphere and helpful colleagues. A novel and effective interview method.
Cons
A bit too focused on getting results without promoting a culture of understanding within the engineering department. Maidstone not the nicest place to live, although it is well connected so fairly easy to commute into.
