Cons
The company is the result of a merger of various companies servicing media industries, primarily newspapers and radio. A high-level corporate mindset restricts employee perks and benefits and innovation. The result is a company that focuses too much on the bottom-line and protecting itself and not enough on the morale of its internal talent.
