Smaller company that had limited resources but made the best of them.

Great health and vacation benefits*. Nice and friendly people. Primarily Mac based (pro if a fan of Apple obviously). Free lunches every week.

Used to have 401(k) matching and yearly merit based raises, but those were taken away. *Vacation benefits for new hires are not as good. Tendency to not replace people who leave the company and instead delegate their responsibilities to other people. Primary customer base is in a dying industry sector.
