Most of the time you are working under preassure

People are friendly and they form a strong community. very nice environment. For exple, they provide free sodas and coffee, and people eat together at lunch time.Management also has a system to monitor employees progress on work and project, which makes employee accountable.

In my department, I did not receive enough feedback for my work because I was doing something different than the rest of the team. So, not enough opportunity to grow
