Work Hard, Play Hard - Project Manager Media Genesis Employee Review

Media Genesis is a fast-paced enviroment. We have many clients and lots of projects going on simultaneously. Never a dull moment! It's nice as an employee the be able to come to work and know you get to work on something you like to do (I can honestly say i like what I do/my job & find it interesting), but also get a little downtime here and there. We have many employee events that provide small breathers in the day. There is always food in the kitchen and snacks around. There are very few days in the time that I've been here where I don't hear someone or a group of people having a laugh about something silly. We truly work hard and play hard. The owners really do care about their employees and show it in different ways (from things as big as raises & bonuses to smaller appreciations like pizza parties or gift cards). They are also very business savvy and it makes for a secure work enviroment.
