      - The colleagues are quite nice

      Cons

      - The culture is poor, they pay for an underpaid salary but request an excellent performance - The manager asks me to perform like the company cannot be without me so that I can be hired after probation. However, the salary is underpaid compared to the market price. - Poor salary counting method - Working culture without any rest

      Pros

      Free style, Flexible working hour, Good coworker relationship. Will not get fired even performance do not meet standard, very safe.

      Cons

      Poor paid, poor management, poor prospective, unrealized and alway change objectives and even break the promises. Management always "dream" around and change the decision from time to time, leaving the staff blurred direction.
