Pros

Benefits and company happy hours

Cons

The turnover rate at this company is very high based on their small number of employees. This showcases that the company has a difficult time maintaining employment numbers long term. In my experience, the culture is incredibly exclusive: the environment is rife with favoritism. On top of this, they’re extremely disorganized as a company. With the turnover rate, this is expected: it’s difficult to keep a company running smoothly when your employment count is constantly in flux. Also, they don’t respect work/life balance. If there’s pushback on what they ask of you, they say that the person is not mentally capable for the job. This is both inaccurate and disrespectful. They let people go because they don’t like “their personalities”, and I would not be surprised if they’re legally held liable in the future. If you have any qualms, their HR department (that they didn’t have instilled until late 2022) is not equipped to handle complaints and is unreliable. I would be extremely cautious when applying here! Normally I would not post reviews like this, but trying to protect people who are new to the job force. I would recommend trying for a position at more reliable and larger advertising & media company in the Midwest.

Pros

Leadership is genuine and caring. Employees are fun, hard-working folks who want to succeed. Super cool environment to be in and a dog-friendly office.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

quite literally none that's it

Cons

I have a pending discrimination charge with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights against this company and to save my sweet attorney the inevitable headache I'll edit to this: my experience here included harassment, humiliation, retaliation for speaking up, and clear bias against me as a trans woman. Leadership projects themselves as ‘queer-owned’ and 'progressive' while tolerating the exact opposite. Applicants should think very carefully about whether this is an environment where they’ll be safe or respected if they ever have job openings in the future — especially when leadership has a documented history of surveilling employees’ social media.
