Pros

The only positive I can say is that I like the clinical leaders.

Cons

Executives who bought the company are ridiculously narcissistic. At the time the company was bought, we had to attend several mandatory meetings and each one was the same with the owner saying how smart he was, how important he was and in general not letting anyone else talk. There is no sense of community and clinicians are just a commodity and money makers. They don't care about the patients and they only follow Medicare rules when it suits them.

Pros

Meditelecare has been the best decision I've made. The organization truly functions as a team. The training is thorough and everyone is very helpful. Their model of business if patient focused which I love and the work life balance they provide is unlike most companies you will work for. They prefer to promote from within and place value on their current employees which is awesome. If your looking to make a change I would highly recommend this company !

As a current employee, I can confidently say that MediTelecare has transformed remarkably under new management. There’s a noticeable improvement in communication and organization, and the company offers ample opportunities for growth. Whether you’re working remotely or in the corporate office, MediTelecare goes above and beyond to make everyone feel included. From game nights to engaging posts on the company site and various employee engagement activities, it’s clear they prioritize building a strong team culture. Having been with MediTelecare for over a year, I remember reading Glassdoor reviews before my interview and feeling a bit uncertain. However, since joining, I’ve seen firsthand how hard the company has worked to improve communication and management. I genuinely feel supported and heard by every member of the team. Recently, my kids asked me if this was the best job I’ve ever had, and I can wholeheartedly say that it is. I’m incredibly proud to work for MediTelecare and to support their mission. If you’re considering a career here, know that MediTelecare is truly a place where you can thrive, grow, and feel valued. I am so glad I joined their team and want this to be my forever job!
