Pros
Pros - the hours are OK in that it is straight days. Benefit package is good and there is a pension plan now.
Cons
A lot of late nights to meet the needs of customers because of insufficient staffing levels. Poorly trained staff and a lack of procedures around training and quality. That is completely unacceptable for a company that is providing medication to a vulnerable population.
