- Poor management and communications skills. - Supper high turnover rate. - Some of the Management Team Member are very stubborn (not listen to your advise and comments at all). - Don't feels like an start-up company at all. - Severe procrastination (delayed on all payments, including salary, projects, reports, meetings, any decision making). **Not fair on distribution of the resources.** (1) One of the member in the Management Team has a personal preference on one of the employee. That employee’s salary and tittle has enhanced within a non reasonable period (even she are totally not competent at all). (2) Only think people who with more experience can be an senior or leader, ignore their capabilities and working attitude. - Bosses are demanding on something not urgent. - Lack of empathy. - Expect 1 employees to share more than 2 people's tasks. - A IT company now still using excel and copy and paste to handling data.
