Pros

The team members and peers are generally supportive and try their best despite the lack of leadership direction. Office location is decent, and the work environment is somewhat flexible.

Cons

No Clear Goals: This company operates without any real direction. There are no measurable goals or objectives, which leads to confusion, lack of focus, and wasted effort. Without a strategy or benchmarks, it’s impossible to know if we’re progressing or just spinning our wheels. Dishonesty in the Interview Process: I was misled during the interview. Key aspects of the role were either glossed over or completely misrepresented. Once hired, I quickly realized that what was promised doesn’t align with reality, and it became clear that this wasn’t a one-off occurrence. Out-of-Touch C-Suite: The executive leadership is living in a bubble, far removed from the day-to-day challenges faced by employees. They are delusional about the company's standing in the market and constantly push unrealistic expectations without providing the necessary resources or support. Their decisions are often made without consulting or understanding the needs of those on the ground, leading to inefficiency and frustration.

Pros

very few outside of solid flexbility

Cons

below market pay. I started in November and I hit 200% to my FULLY RAMPED quota three months in a row and was rewarded with my quota being doubled, like actually doubled... This was all within my first four months of working there... I put in my two weeks notice shortly after. And ofcourse my commissions for that month weren't paid out because of me leaving... This company doesnt care about their bdr team at all and it starts at the top with the poor leadership of the head of sales
