Prefacing that I have 6 years of tenure at Medasource, and looking back, it is easily the best professional decision I've made when choosing employment. At Medasource, you are given all the tools to succeed and are surrounded by professional and extremely sharp, young minds that are genuinely invested in you and succeeding together. There is no smoke and mirrors in what you can make, the commission is truly uncapped and the sky is the limit. As a developing professional, I am continuously pushed outside of my comfort zone with the clients I'm in front of and the creative services we pitch to healthcare executives and leaders. Being in these situations daily has truly allowed me to develop as a professional and as a person.
