      Pros

      Great culture, the people were wonderful to work with. Small company, which gave it a family-like atmosphere. Nice stock option incentives.

      Cons

      Salaries on the low side compared to the rest of NJ. Management tended to be a bit too degree-focused. Not a lot of promotion from within.
