Pros
Experience from a small company I genuinely enjoyed my teammates and had positive personal relationships with them.
Cons
• I felt at a disadvantage because several of my immediate peers were children of senior executives. • Leadership was not responsive to concerns about workload, support, or accommodations, which created a stressful environment • The probationary policy is very broad (“termination with or without cause”), and in my experience it was applied abruptly without prior feedback or opportunities to improve.
