Pros

The environment here is unlike any job I have had before. I am surrounded by people who want to work hard and grow both professionally and personally. Having a strong team environment is very important to me, and it is evident they have the same mentality here because of the amount of support I get from colleagues and leaders.

Cons

After a year of employment I can't think of anything I would change.

Pros

Culture of growth, challenging projects, awesome management. I've been with the company for 3 years, worn many hats, and learned the software business inside and out. This is a great place to work!

Cons

Buckle up, because you're going to do a lot of work here! Not a con, but if you're hoping to float on by this is NOT the place for you.

Pros

Some flexibility in hours/ working from home. There are some really good people who work there-- they won't last long.

Cons

No benefits at all Micro-Managing dictator CEO who disrespects everyone and changes course, and employees, on a whim. Yelling is his main method of motivating his employees to get things done. You need a thick skin to deal with this person. Turnover every week. Either people quit or get fired. Few stay more than a year. Out-of-date tools. No documentation whatsoever. Broken furniture. No training. Buggy, spaghetti code. Unhappy clients. Most programming is off-shore. QA, process and change control are virtually non-existent.
