We are glad to see that you found MedXM to be flexible with your schedule and help made you feel more independent.
Our sincerest apologies you felt the no-show fee was not significant enough; this is an agreed upon rate with the health plan client. In the future, we will be sure to consider your suggestion of increasing the no-show payment and negotiate as necessary.
MedXM is given the opportunity to see a multitude of health plan members in a variety of areas. It is our duty to connect hard to reach members and their plans through our services, regardless of what geographic area they live in. We are sorry to see you felt unsafe at times, but we can only imagine how special the members felt when they were offered an in-home doctor's visit despite where they live.
