- Hybrid/Remote friendly (sometimes, this does change often).
- Proper IT Equipment that is updated timely and excellent IT support!
- Great development support for the data visualization tools.
Cons
- Inappropriate workplace conversations
- Inadequate training with no process and no designated trainer.
- No formal review process, annual or otherwise.
- Lack of change management process with regards to workplace improvements.
- Bullying behaviors if you’re slower to catch on due to lack of training. For example, calling staff names!
- Toxic culture that encourages lateral management instead of vertical management. Causing chaos and peer to peer issues.
- The workload is not equally dispersed, causing frictional dynamics between peers.
- Executive leadership is trying to make positive improvements, but mid level leadership constantly fights change. Making it difficult for staff to improve and balance their workload.
