Pros

Free Sodas. Work from home options. Ability to work through lunch if you want

Cons

The Provider Relations team is a toxic environment. I have heard the managers talk very negatively about certain people on their teams and then turn around and smile at you as if nothing is wrong. If they are talking about one person you can be pretty sure they are talking about everyone. It feels very fake. I have heard managers make promises to clients that just cannot be fulfilled and there are some sketchy work practices going on. Training is terrible unless you are a favorite then the information is spoon fed to you. You will get written up for the lack of training you received and when you point this fact out, it wont matter. They ask a lot of you and then tell you that your work load is lighter than others PR's but when you ask for help or training it never comes or they act like you should already know how to do something. They are understaffed and cannot keep good employees because we are so burned out with the mandatory OT and unrealistic expectations. The managers really don't care about your health. They care that you get your 40 hours and hit your benchmarks. I find it a little tacky that all of management and the executive staff has gotten on google reviews (All on the same day) raving about how wonderful this company is and giving it 5 star reviews. Seriously, Look it up. The owner really values his employees but I believe is blissfully unaware of how management is so underwhelmingly inept at their job and how they are willing to throw their employees under the bus to save their own skin.

Pros

I am new to the company but I already feel at home and welcome with ALL the employees I've met. Everyone is friendly and willing to take the time to help when I need it. My trainer and supervisor are amazing. The pay is great as well as the benefits.

Cons

I have no cons at this time.

Pros

- Hybrid/Remote friendly (sometimes, this does change often). - Proper IT Equipment that is updated timely and excellent IT support! - Great development support for the data visualization tools.

Cons

- Inappropriate workplace conversations - Inadequate training with no process and no designated trainer. - No formal review process, annual or otherwise. - Lack of change management process with regards to workplace improvements. - Bullying behaviors if you’re slower to catch on due to lack of training. For example, calling staff names! - Toxic culture that encourages lateral management instead of vertical management. Causing chaos and peer to peer issues. - The workload is not equally dispersed, causing frictional dynamics between peers. - Executive leadership is trying to make positive improvements, but mid level leadership constantly fights change. Making it difficult for staff to improve and balance their workload.
