Pros
1. Enthusiastic and Friendly People 2. Amazing CEO and Chairman (Ann Kristin, Erik Stromqvist) 3. Nice office environment (A bit far from CPH, but it's nice) 4. Diversity 5. A team of scientists and amazing people in the Medical and Software Departments 6. If you are a Medical Expert or would like to step into the Medical world, it's a beautiful start. 7. Extremely advisable for passionate developers or MATLAB developers (yes, you heard me right - MATLAB :D )
Cons
Like any other place, it has its pros and cons. My advice is to stick to the pros. But here are some aspects that will improve over time if you are still reading this: 1. It's not a software company, so the Software Department needs more experienced people. 2. Extremely small team with mostly junior developers. (If you have been around for a while - 10 years and above - you know how it is :) ) 3. Deadlines are not measured realistically and aren't managed well, but nothing to worry about - you will be in the hands of good managers 4. Needs better evaluation of scope 5. Needs process in place
