Different work environment every event

Some slow months, travel out of town always goes to boss and his friends

The management team the senior leadership!! Amazing people not just management but all providers are amazing. I have worked for companies outside of EMS and in EMS where they preach the belief of being a family and caring for their staff. This has always been proven to be false however, MedStar Solutions is the only place I have ever worked where you will truly feel like family. Every single one of my superiors has truly been a leader. Anything I bring to my leadership is always addressed if I’m Ill it’s Nora just my immediate supervisor checking on me but all the leadership team. You all truly care about your people and that means more than anything. I couldn’t be more impressed or satisfied with my leadership. Thank you all for a job well done and living up to my expectations.
