      Great benefits and great line staff. I have always appreciated my peers while working at MedStar.

      Cons

      The IT department has been underfunded for 10 years. This has caused a dramatic shortfall in technology that has put the company in a difficult position. This has left the company with no other choice except to outsource technology services.
