Job security, but heavy workload and limited growth - Office Assistant II MedStar Health Employee Review

My Manager and Supervisors are great, Work hours have been good for me. Of course there’s gossip happening, but I don’t pay attention to it.

I was told that there is a bonus. I understand that it’s something that is not mandatory to give, but my coworkers & I work so hard. I believe that a Christmas bonus for all MedStar employees would be appreciated.
