      Pros

      Compensation was good for the role. Sometimes the right people are on schedule and you end up having a good day.

      Cons

      a lot of the techs do not want to work. The nurses can sometimes create a negative atmosphere and have negative attitudes. But I feel a lot of this stems from the heavy workload.

      Pros

      Onboarding Experience: The departmental orientation and shadowing periods were highly effective. I felt properly equipped with the tools and system access I needed on day one

      Role Expectations: My daily responsibilities perfectly match the expectations set during the interview process. I understand how my role contributes to the facility's overall patient care goals
