      No micromanagement, independent work, meet a lot of cool and interesting people.

      Cons

      You may or may not get a lunch break. If no assignments come in, there’s a lot of down time which can get boring.

      Pros

      Wonderful coworkers and by yourself most of the day.

      Cons

      Pay not equal to the job being done. Quest gets paid 20. Micromanaged. Harassed about taking a break but then are expected to make times for jobs. Hired for one thing and then put on another. Do not actually promote anyone from within. Can’t get supplies in a timely manner (specifically item barcodes). Etc.
