      Company culture is positive - Founder still passionate about the business

      Cons

      I never felt supported by my manager. My manager was a bully who constantly held my job over my head. Absolutely NO room for errors. Some are held accountable for everything while other people in other departments are never held accountable. 401 K benefits are poor - Healthcare is ok but did not have a prescription plan until 2 years ago - before that all script fees went toward the deductible.

      Pros

      Wonderful coworkers and by yourself most of the day.

      Cons

      Pay not equal to the job being done. Quest gets paid 20. Micromanaged. Harassed about taking a break but then are expected to make times for jobs. Hired for one thing and then put on another. Do not actually promote anyone from within. Can’t get supplies in a timely manner (specifically item barcodes). Etc.
