Pros
They're flexible with scheduling and understanding when something comes up unexpectedly.
Cons
Pay is bad, no room for raises, can move around but they make it difficult, you can work there for a long time and they'll just kick you to the curb, they'll fire committed employees while keeping the low performance employees, preaches they're all about "family" but only until you no longer serve purpose to them, man run company, horrible place to work will never recommend.
