      Pros

      The hours are good and the compensation isn't bad. Not all markets are the same however with many working on the weekends.

      Cons

      Feel like being an island with Corporate being so far away. Small company as well.

      Pros

      Wonderful coworkers and by yourself most of the day.

      Cons

      Pay not equal to the job being done. Quest gets paid 20. Micromanaged. Harassed about taking a break but then are expected to make times for jobs. Hired for one thing and then put on another. Do not actually promote anyone from within. Can’t get supplies in a timely manner (specifically item barcodes). Etc.
