      Pros

      The idea behind the company is great and the mission has amazing potential.

      Cons

      The reality is very different. One person makes almost all decisions and there’s no real room for anyone else’s ideas. The atmosphere can be tense and very stressful, and lots of people leave, which means you’re constantly starting again with new people. The product isn’t what it’s claimed and that gap makes it hard to feel good about the work.

      Pros

      Really enjoyed working at MedShr, even in a virtual internship capacity. The company culture was very supportive, and my supervisor was flexible and helpful in explaining all tasks involved. I got hands-on experience on how to communicate research and public health guidance to physicians around the world. Definitely recommend to prospective interns.

      Cons

      Minimal. I wish I'd gotten to know more about other functions of the company, but understandable considering it was a virtual internship.
