      none very inefficient and chaotic

      Cons

      development team is extremely inefficient and fails to communicate between front and backend developers..... within a month I was in meetings at 2am with them because of how behind they were. upper management seems to just want to push features out with no communication or planning. kanban fail.....

      This is small team of amazingly talented people doing great work in healthcare protecting the multitude of devices in the industry and their safety and security.

      Cons

      Small team so you will wear many hats. Flat org so those looking for titles need not apply
