Pros
Easy job, lazy job, make friends, provide bagels on friday(same thing different week) favoritism so kiss some of your team leader behinds, if you want to get recognize lol
Cons
Micromanaged, pay is horrible. Very repetitive. You're watched. Every move you make. Time you for bathroom breaks and you can't even chat with coworkers. Expect for you to lock up your phone. They try to make sound like a cool hip young place to work at but it's no fun at all unless there is a party. All of my coworkers were depressed. Its not a place to enjoy working at.
