      Flexible schedule, able to work from home

      Cons

      Not a lot of time off. No maternity leave, company doesn't care about that, its a waste of money . Salary is very low. Raises are a joke. Projects are old and messy, very frustrating to work on them

      I like it here more or less it's not as bad as it used to be because the culture changed.
