Work from home privilege. Good beginner job- get the experience then get out.
Cons
It's a favorites game on who gets promoted, so management sucks despite all their "leadership training." No bonuses. I can't believe how many years I wasted putting in hard work, getting paid next to nothing, when I could've been working for an employer who actually valued me and paid me what I deserved.
