Work flow was quantity over quality. Untill for reviews they started going through your emails and recored phone conversations and picking apart every minor mistake you made. Attendance Police and points was isane. You could be approved for time off, but if that time came and you weren't 100% caught up on work, you were told your time off was no longer approved. Managers micro-managed without actually giving help.
